“From Start to finish building my daughters home in Sorrento Fl was flawless. Any issues during the build and any changes that needed to be made was handled flawlessly by CJB and their staff. The communication, execution, changes, concerns, high fives:), and professionalism, was nearly flawless. This was not my first custom home built on raw land and not my last, so please take into account, while reading this review, that this was not my first “rodeo” in dealing with builders. With that said, and how everything went so smoothly was in part due to CJB being true to their word for keeping their customers happy and educated throughout the whole process. I have, and will continue to HIGHY recommend CJB to anyone building a custom home on their land. They will also be building the next 2 homes planned for this Sorrento “homestead” over the next couple years.
